Winter slopes, summer trails.
The building, on the site of the former Skleník restaurant, is located in Zone D of Malá Fatra National Park. The Vrátna Valley near Terchová offers a setting for winter stays, summer hiking and cycling.
Winter in Vrátna
Vrátna ski resort has three areas: Paseky, Poludňový grúň and Chleb. Paseky offers a chairlift and children’s zones, while Chleb has a gondola and opportunities for ski touring and freeriding. Operation of individual areas depends on snow conditions.
Summer in Malá Fatra
The Chleb gondola provides access to Snilovské sedlo, a starting point for hikes to Chleb and Veľký Kriváň. Štefanová, Jánošíkove diery and Tiesňavy offer further trips along marked hiking trails.
Cycling and mountain holidays
A marked cycle route connects Terchová, Vrátna and Štefanová along asphalt roads. The future accommodation project could appeal to skiers, hikers, cyclists and families on a mountain holiday.
Hiking trails and mountain activities are subject to park visitor rules, weather and seasonal closures.
